Achaean Financial has announced a partnership with The International Foundation for Retirement Education (InFRE) to provide customized training to users of Achaean’s retirement advice software tool, Retirement Outcome.
Retirement Outcome is an open-architecture retirement planning tool designed to help investors and their advisors weigh the tradeoffs they face in retirement and to create personalized solutions, including appropriate spending, overall portfolio risk and allocations to guaranteed-income products, Achaean said in a release.
Retirement Outcome takes information about a client’s wealth, income needs and asset allocation to produce a personalized outcome report. Each of the various investing and spending decisions can then be adjusted to help the client understand the tradeoffs they must make and how they are likely to impact income and wealth throughout retirement.
InFRE, founded in 1997, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit education foundation devoted to “enhancing the retirement preparedness of the American worker.”
Over 16,000 retirement professionals have participated in one of InFRE’s process-oriented retirement income training programs and almost 2,000 individuals now hold the independently accredited Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC) certification.
