Kerry H. Pechter, the author of Annuities for Dummies (Wiley, 2008) and former editor-in-chief of Retirement Income Reporter, has formed RIJ Publishing. The new firm’s first editorial venture, appearing in April 2009, will be the online magazine, Retirement Income Journal.
